Biography
Lorena Frías b. 1996 is an artist and architect from Mexico. She obtained an Architecture degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and is primarily a self taught painter. She has taken workshops in classical drawing and painting technique with some of today’s top representational figures such as: The Florence Academy of Art and Nick Alm. Her work, consisting in pencil/charcoal drawings and oil paintings, falls into the realm of the figurative and portrays contemporary scenes combined with a classical influence. Her work is held in private collections in New York City, Mexico City, and New Mexico, among others.
