About the Artist
Isabella Amram (b. 1995) is a London-based artist of Turkish-Venezuelan heritage. With a background in Sociology and Economics from Brown University, she transitioned into the arts, blending intellectual inquiry with creative expression. Having completed a Graduate Diploma in Fine Art at UAL Chelsea, she is now pursuing an MA in Painting at the Royal College of Art. Amram’s work has been featured in exhibitions across the UK, Turkey, and France. Recent highlights include group shows at ONE Akaretler in Istanbul, 13 Soho Square in London, and Château Saint Maur in Cogolin, as well as participation in notable initiatives like the Art on a Postcard auctions. Her practice often explores the interplay between presence and absence, fragmentation and cohesion, with an emphasis on existential themes. Through her multidisciplinary journey, Amram continues to develop a voice that reflects both her diverse cultural background and a profound engagement with the contemporary moment.
