Biography

Elliot recently graduated with a first-class honour from Central
Saint Martins and has gone on to exhibit extensively throughout
London and the UK including his solo show ‘Poster Boy’ at the CASS
ART project space in Islington and securing himself a place on the
AUC.ART Residency programme. He uses painting as a vessel to discuss
the sentimentality and impracticality of life, his paintings are a
narration of the world we live in and how we alter as we travel
through it, diaristic in nature his practise becomes a tool for
self-reflection. Through the merging of images and motifs Elliot
aims to re-invent the narrative surrounding the mythology of
contemporary HIV and question our understanding of sickness; an
aspect of his art practise that’s arisen since his diagnoses at the
age of 22. Elliot is also the co-founder of the ‘Collective Cuba Project’ residency programme.
