Biography

Coco Ray (b. 1996, Hong Kong) finds inspiration from fragmented urban experiences, delving into the subtle emotions embedded in metropolitan conditions. Painting acts as a means for her to understand the external world and situate herself within its vastness, enabling her to embrace feelings of isolation and uncertainty. The colours and forms found in city environments are particularly central to her practice, producing spaces of emotional potence and ambiguity.
