William Grob (b.1992, UK/Switzerland) is a visual artist who studied photography at Falmouth University and quickly turned to painting on his photographs as a way push the boundaries of photography. Today, William falls into the realm of Neo-figurative which meets surrealism, his work is based on a blend of memory and fantasy capturing scenes of events, that feels like a lost memory remembered. William depicts scenes as if looking through a camera lens rather than the eyes perspective, a fisheye lens allows so much information within the frame because it breaks the rules of perspective. William lives and works between London and Berlin.
