Biography

Tim Nikiforuk (b.1975, Canada) is a Canadian artist whose practice falls in-between realms of painting and sculpture. Best known for his richly textured, vividly coloured applications of gel and oils over substrates such as vinyl and panel, Tim explores compositions which reflect fluidity and movement though his spontaneous brushwork. His recent pieces are influenced by the drama and theatrics of Greco‐Roman mythologies. Tim lives and works in San Diego, USA.
