Biography

Liam Fallon (b. 1995, UK) is British sculptor whose practice explores queer culture and the way materials contribute to this exploration. The binary of public and private marks a particular point of interest for him, as well as the familiar relationship framework of falling in love and suffering loss, occurrences which at once unfold in the public realm and yet also remain enigmatically private. He Graduated from Manchester School of Art in 2017 and has exhibited both nationally and internationally. Shortly after his graduation he was award 2nd place at the Woon Prize and was shortlisted for the Mark Tanner Sculpture Prize 2018. In 2019 he became one of the first recipients of the Pangaea Sculpture production award. Liam lives and works in Manchester, UK.
