Biography

Jinbin Chen (b.1994, China) often describes her works as being about encounters of bodies, especially the encounters that seem to be random and without impact at the moment but have the potential to change the trajectory of the lives of both parties. Jinbin's practice is related to topics including issues of gender temperament, homosexual desire, the abject, inbetweenness, identification and differentiation, etc. as they are very connected to her personal life.
