Biography

Ivan Arlaud (b.1996, France) is a French artist whose work investigates the status of images, using painting as a means to sacralise. His works fuse images extracted from his imagination, daily life and literature, piecing them together in a blended kaleidoscopic vision. Playing with narration, his works begin to tell fantastical stories that translate everything personally internal and external into creative material, suspended somewhere between imagination and reality. Ivan lives and works in Lyon, France.
