Biography

Galina Munroe (b.1993, France) is a French artist whose practice explores aesthetic properties and potential meanings expressed through language and sign; a form of etymology. Her abstract paintings are created using tools such as mind maps, equations and poetry to navigate ideas through the fields of drawing, painting and writing. Her body of artworks use similar colour palettes but with varying linework, sharp angles, and soft curvatures through her symbolic analysis. Galina lives and works in London, UK.
